Robert K. MacLauchlin Scholarship


History:

The purpose of the scholarship is to honor Professor Robert K. (Bob) MacLauchlin for outstanding teaching and advising during his years at Colorado State University.

He has taught Radio and Television in Society, Broadcasting in the Public Interest, Radio/Television Writing, Radio/Television Production, Television/Radio Programming and Management, Broadcast Audience Analysis and Public Speaking and Discussion.

Criteria:
  • Awarded to a junior or senior majoring in speech communication and committed to a career in a field of telecommunications/communications media
  • Maintains a minimum cumulative 2.7 GPA
  • Demostrates leadership potential and diligence in preparing for a career in a field of telecommunications/communications media
