Bob Coonts Graphic Design Scholarship

Established in 1994, this scholarship honors former art student and professional artist, Bob Coonts.


History:
The award is made possible by contributions from friends, students and the family of Bob Coonts. Faculty, staff, alumni and friends recognize the importance of scholarships in encouraging students to aim for excellence. The generous gifts from individual members of these various groups allow us to provide financial support for students who have demonstrated superior achievements or skills, thereby encouraging their continued efforts and the overall atmosphere of vigorous research and creativity.
Criteria:
  • Recipient shall be a senior-level graphic design student in the Department of Art
Apply:
All Art majors are automatically considered. If you are a finalist for this scholarship, you will be contacted in February to submit a three-piece portfolio in March. Any questions about Art scholarships should be directed to the department at 970 491 6774.
