Bio

Mandy is an Academic Support Coordinator for the College of Liberal Arts and works with students majoring in Sociology, Political Science, and Anthropology. Mandy is a long-time member of the CSU community, earning a Bachelor of Arts in English from CSU in 2006 and an MFA in Creative Writing (Fiction Concentration) from CSU in 2010. Before becoming an advisor for the College of Liberal Arts, Mandy taught composition, literature, and creative writing courses for the CSU English Department. Mandy loves helping students explore the diverse range of academic and extracurricular opportunities available to them at CSU as they develop and pursue lifelong interests, passions, and goals.

Outside of work, Mandy enjoys writing fiction and traveling whenever she gets the chance. She is also an avid costumer and competes annually in themed costuming competitions in Colorado.
