Political Science PhD Student selected as 2013 Founder’s Forum Fellow by American Society for Public Administration

Samantha Mosier, a doctoral candidate in the Political Science Department, was one of seven U.S. graduate students selected by the American Society for Public Administration (ASPA) as 2013 Founders’ Forum Fellows.  The prestigious fellowships are awarded to students who show great promise in the field of public administration. Selection is competitive and is based upon a student’s public service and research record, faculty nomination, and a short original research brief on an assigned topic.  This year’s Fellows will attend ASPA’s 2013 Annual Conference in New Orleans, participate in special discussion circles, and give presentations on their research interests.   Additionally, 2013 Founders Forum Fellowship winners will also serve as mentees in ASPA’s Mentoring Program and have their research published in PA Times.
