Faculty Are Guests at Summer Workshops

SueEllen Campbell attended two meetings this summer. In June, with John Calderazzo, she presented her website work with Changing Climates at an American Geophysical Union conference on communicating climate science. (This was a Chapman conference, roughly 100 people with a focused topic.) In July, she took part in a multinational meeting about trans-disciplinary environmental humanities research at the Rachel Carson Center in Munich, Germany.
In July, Roze Hentschell gave a talk, “Pulpit, Bookshops, and Gallows: St. Paul’s Cathedral in Renaissance London” to donors of the Huntington Library, Garden, and Art Collection in San Marino, California, where she was a Fletcher Jones Foundation Fellow for one month.
Tobi Jacobi was a guest teacher/writer at the Penned Thoughts Writers’ Workshop at the Oregon State Prison in Salem, OR in July.
