Art Major Sweeps Art Directors’ Club of Denver Student Show

11.11.09 -  Colorado State University art major Shanna McNear swept the recent Art Directors’ Club of Denver (ADCD) student show, taking home Best of Show, and Best in Category/Graphic Design awards. McNear also received a scholarship and prized donated by sponsors.

The juried show opened on Friday, November 6, 2009 at the Rocky Mountain College of Art & Design (RMCAD) in Denver and displayed works by students from across Colorado and Wyoming.

Other CSU students received top honors including Lauren Kobayashi for Best in Category/Editorial Design, and Aaron Bailey, Best in Category/Print Advertising. A total of 35 pieces by sixteen junior and senior students were entered.
