A Conversation with Thomas Mann and Norman Ornstein, Wednesday, October 17th, 7 PM

Political scientists Thomas Mann and Norman Ornstein will speak at CSU at 7 PM on October 17th. The noted authors will discuss their best-selling book, It’s Even Worse Than It Looks: How the American Constitutional System Collided with the New Politics of Extremism.
Thomas Mann is the W. Averell Harriman Chair and senior fellow in Governance Studies at The Brookings Institution. Norman Ornstein is a resident scholar at the American Enterprise Institute. He is a long-time observer of Congress and politics, writes a weekly column for Roll Call called “Congress Inside Out,” and is an election eve analyst for CBS News. Mann and Ornstein are also co-directors of the AEI-Brookings Election Reform Project.
